This is my first review and normally I'm a very lenient diner. We got here and had to wait 15 minutes to get our drinks and had to flag down another waiter to get our original waiter to take our food order. That waiter came back, didn't apologize for the wait and was rude. We had to get our own silverware and plates. I've eaten here before and it was great. I'll amend this if the service is better next time, but this time the service absolutely disappointed me. Our original server turned out to be an assistant manager, but he got taken off our table, thankfully. The pizza is fantastic! If you can stand a little touch and go service, you're in for a treat with the pizza! That's the reason it gets 2 stars and not just 1. Went back and it was much better. Changed my review to 3 stars because they did improve a lot.

We stayed in Hot Springs Village and there isn't a lot of dining options. Luckily Charlie's was close by. We called ahead the first time and we were able to slide in to dine in, second time they were closing but let us order to go. We got pizza to take home and it really hit the spot! Nice people, clean restaurant and pizza worth getting out and getting it yourself instead of calling some delivery pizza.

We eat here fairly frequently. The pizza has always been excellent. It is so good that we usually order it each time. We have tried other items, and they are always very good also.

Not much variety in this area so have stopped Charlie's now and then. The food and service is hit and miss here. Nothing special about the Pizza the few times I have ordered. I ordered a burger with a side of coleslaw. The burger was ok but the slaw was just awful. I had one bite and put it aside.

My husband and I had an appetizer, salad, and pizza here. Everything was great! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful! Even though I miss their old location, we will definitely continue to eat here on our way to our lake house. I didn't know they still had the karaoke and will have to make a special trip to join the fun!

Not a huge selection in this area. We were pleasantly surprised by Charlies. Waitress was awesome and my daughters really enjoyed the pizza. I had the Reuben sandwich and it was good. Would highly recommend.
